Audio Player Not Working in Safari (iOS)

If the Audio Player or their search boxes are not working in Safari (iOS), here is the solution:


  1. In the Safari app  on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Privacy
  2. Uncheck“Prevent cross-site tracking”.

iOS (iPhone or iPad)

  1. Open the Settings menu.
  2. Scroll down and select the Safari option.
  3. Scroll down and tap the button to the right of Prevent Cross-Site Tracking to enable it.
